Del. Code 18, § 6501 : Insurance Code — Insurance For The Protection Of The State — General Provisions — Definitions

As used in this chapter:

(1) "The Committee" means the Insurance Coverage Determination Committee, hereinafter established by § 6502 of this title.
(2)[Deleted by 2014 Amendment.]
(3) "Administrator" means the Insurance Coverage Administrator, hereinafter established by § 6505 of this title.
(4) "The Fund" means the State Self-Insurance Fund as provided for by subchapter III of this chapter.
