An Act to repeal the Tamil Nadu Commercial Crops Asses,- ment Act, 19'76.
BE it enacted by the Legislature of ths S r i ~ t ~ of Tamil Nadu in the Thirty-second Year of the Republic of India as fallow* a-
1. (1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu C9m- Short title and mercial arops Assessment (Repeal) Act, 1980. commencement.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into f ~ r c e on the 1st day of July 1976.
