THE INDIAN FOREST (TRIPURA THIRD AMENDMENT) ACT 1927

ACT
Further to amend the Indian Forest Act, 1927, in its application to the State of Tripura:
It is hereby enacted in the fortieth year of the republic of India, by the legislature of Tripura as follows:
Short title & | 1 This Act may be called the Indian Forest (Tripura Third Amendment) Act, 199,0- commencement
2 It shall come into force with immediate effect Amendment of | 3 In sub-section (3) of Section 68 of the Principal Act, for the words 'hundred rupees' Section 68 (3) and the words 'fifty rupees' the words 'one thousand five hundred rupees' and five thousand rupees' respectively shall be substituted.
