Whereas "it is expedient to authorise payment-and appro priation of certain further sums from and out of the Consoli dated Fund of West Beni^nl for the service of'the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1957;
It is hereby enacted in the Eighth Year of the Republic of India/by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows: — 1, Tiiis Act may be called the West Bengal Appropria- Short title, tion Act, 1957.
