Delhi, the 31st December, 2018 No. F. 14(45)ILA-2018/cons2Iaw/114-123.-The following Act of the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi received the assent of the Lt. Governor of Delhi on the 28th December, 2018 and is hereby published for general information:-
''The Contingency Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 201S"

(As passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the 21" December, 2018) [28th
December, 2018] An Act to amend the Contingency Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1994. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
I. Short title and commencement. - (I) This Act may be called the Contingency Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2018.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment of Section 2. - In the Contingency Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1994, (Delhi Act No. 13 of 1994), in section 2, for the words "a sum of rupees ten crores", the words "a sum of rupees one hundred crore" shall be substituted. .
