' to further amend the Manipur Loktak Lake (Protection) Act, 2006.
BE it enacted byi'the Legislature of Manipur in the'Sixty—Second Year of theRepublic of India as folio :- ~
The Manipur Loktak Lake (Protection) (2" Amen'dment) Act; 2011
1. Short Title-and commencement. — (1) This Act may be called TheManipur. Loktak Lake (Protection) (2ml Amendment) Act, 2011.
(2) lt'shaii come into'force on such date'asthe State Government may, bynotification, in the Official Gazette, appoint.
2. Amendment of Section 19. - Clause (ii) of Section 19 of. the Manipur Loktak Lake (Protection) Act, 2006' (hereinafter referred to as the Principle Act) is deleted.
3. Insertion of new Section 31A. - After Section 31 of the Act, the following new Section 31A shall be inserted, namely -—
" 31A. Right to fishing. — Subject to the prbvisions contained in this Act, a fishetman shall have the right to fishing in the Loktak Lake in the manner as may be prescribed
