ACTf -···'- ·· ----l~ to amend the Assam Entry· Tax Act, 2008. Whereas it is expedient to amend the Assa.m. Entry Tax Act, 2008, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act, in the manner hereinafter appearing;
. It ~s hereby enacted in the Sixtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows: - ·
1 . (1) This Act may be called the Assam Entry Tax (Second Amendm~nt) Act, 2009.
(2) It Shall have the like extent as the principal Act.
(3) It shall come into force at once.
2. In the principal Act, in section 9, in between the figures and punctuation mark "100," and the figures and punctuation mark "102,", the figures and punctuation mark "101," shall be inSerted.
