Section 1.Short title1. This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Rashtra Virodhi Tatwa Niwaran (Nirsan) Adhiniyam, 1982. Section 2.Repeal of U.P. Act No. 1 of 19712. On and from the commencement of this Act, the Uttar Pradesh Rashtra Virodhi Tatwa Niwaran Adhiniyam, 1970, shall stand repealed.
