Be.itenactedby theLegislatureof theStateofOrissain,theThirty-seventh Year of the Republic of India, as follows:—

l. (1) ThisActmaybe calledthe OrissaMotorVehicles(TaxationofShort dtl• gad commen• passengers), (Repeal) Act, 1986.

(2) It shallbedeemedto havecomeinto forceon the 18th day of October, 1985.
