Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to
authorise the publication in the Rajasthan Gazette of the following
translation in the English language of the Haridev joshi Patrakarita
Aur Jansanchar Vishwavidyalaya, Jaipur (Nirsan) Adhiniyam,
2017 (2017 ka Adhiniyam Shankhyank 17) :-

to repeal the Haridev Joshi University of Journalism and Mass
Communication, Jaipur Act, 2012.
Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the
Sixty-eighth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be
called the Haridev Joshi University of Journalism and Mass
Communication, Jaipur (Repeal) Act, 2017.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. Repeal of Rajasthan Act No. 33 of 2012.- The Haridev
Joshi University of Journalism and Mass Communication, Jaipur
Act, 2012 (Act No. 33 of 2012) is hereby repealed.
