( i i ) In secti ons 8 and 13 of the principa l Act , for the word “ Ma gis tra te ” the words “ Di str ic t M ag ist rat e ” shall be sub sti tut ed .
In sec tion 13 of the prin cipa l Act, the words “ as if such place were a di st rict ” shall be del ete d.
