1. (1) This Ac t may be call ed the Assam Gan ja and 1 Bha ng Prohibition (Am endmen t) Act , 1959. ment. (2) It shall have the like extent as the Prin cipalAct .(3) It shall come into force at onc e.^Amendment 2. In sub-section (1) o f section 7 of the Principal of section 7 Ac t for the figures “ 3” and “ 4” the figures “ 4” and Act X X ^ o f ' respectively be substituted.
