No. f 2-07/Two-Home/2013.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 51 of the Chhattisgarh
Police Act, 2007 (No. 13 of 2007), the Director General of Police, with prior approval of the State Government,
hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Police Regulation, namely :-

In the said regulation,-
In Regulation 228, for the word "Superintendent", the words "Officer not below the rank of
superintendent of police" shall be substituted.
