An Act further to amend the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Forty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Section 1. Short title and commencement
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Second Amendment Act, 1995.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
Section 2. Amendment of section 33
2. Amendment of section 33.- In section 33 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), in sub-section (1-A), for the words "live years", the words "six years" shall be substituted.
