Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (Amendment) Act, 1994*

An Act to Amend the Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Act, 1980.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Forty-fifth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (Amendment) Act, 1994.

Section 2. Amendment of section 27

2. Amendment of section 27.- In the Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Act, 1980 (Orissa Act 1 of 1981), in sub-section (2) of section 27, the comma and words "in consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India" shall be omitted.
