An Act further to continue the Kerala Essential Articles Control (Temporary Powers) Act, 1961
Preamble.- Whereas it is expedient to continue the Kerala Essential Articles Control (Temporary Powers) Act, 1961, for a further period;
Be it enacted in the Twenty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Section 1. Short title
1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Kerala Essential Articles Control (Temporary Powers) Continuance Act, 1972.
Section 2. Amendment of section 1
2. Amendment of section 1.- In sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Kerala Essential Articles Control (Temporary Powers) Act, 1961 (3 of 1962), for the words "eleven years", the words "fourteen years" shall be substituted.
