Gujarat University (Amendment) Act, 1969*

An Act further to amend the Gujarat University Act, 1949.

It is hereby enacted in the Twentieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Gujarat University (Amendment) Act, 1969.

Section 2. Amendment of section 4 of Bom.L. of 1949

2. Amendment of section 4 of Bom.L. of 1949.- In section 4 of the Gujarat University Act, 1949 (Bom.L. of 1949), in clause (15), after the words "recognised institutions" the words "and to regulate the fees to be paid by the students in such colleges" shall be added.
