Gujarat State Guarantees (Amendment) Act, 1985*

An Act further to amend the Gujarat State Guarantee Act, 1963.

It is hereby enacted in the Thirty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Gujarat State Guarantees (Amendment) Act, 1985.

Section 2. Amendment of section 2 of Guj. XXII of 1963

2. Amendment of section 2 of Guj. XXII of 1963.- In the Gujarat State Guarantees Act, 1963 (Guj. XXII of 1963.), in section 2, in sub-section (1) for the letters and figures "Rs. 25,00,00,00,000", the letters and figures "Rs. 35,00,00,00,000" shall be substituted.
