Gujarat State Guarantees (Amendment) Act, 1966*

An Act further to amend the Gujarat State Guarantees Act, 1963.

It is hereby enacted in the Seventeenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Gujarat State Guarantees (Amendment) Act, 1966.

Section 2. Amendment of section ??? of Guj. ??? of 1963

2. Amendment of section ??? of Guj. ??? of 1963.- In sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Gujarat State Guarantees Act, 1963 (Guj. XXII of 1963.), for the letters and figures "Rs. 1,75,00,00,000" the letters and figures "Rs. 3,00,00,00,000" shall be substituted.
