Land Acquisition (Industrial Areas) (Repeal) Act, 1966

GUJARAT ACT 011 OF 1966

An act to repeal the Gujarat Land Acquisition (Industrial Areas) (Repeal) Act, 1966.

It is hereby enacted in the Seventeenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:

Section 1. Short title

This Act may be called the Gujarat Land Acquisition (Industrial Areas) (Repeal) Act, 1966.

Section 2. Repeal of Guj. XLVI of 1961

The Gujarat Land Acquisition (Industrial Areas) (Repeal) Act, 1966 (Guj. XLVI of 1961) is hereby repealed.
