Gujarat Industrial Development (Amendment) Act, 1992*

An Act Further to Amend the Gujarat Industrial Development Act, 1962.

It is hereby enacted in the Forty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Gujarat Industrial Development (Amendment) Act, 1992.

Section 2. Deletion of section 44A of Guj. XXIII of 1962

2. Deletion of section 44A of Guj. XXIII of 1962.- In the Gujarat Industrial Development Act, 1962 (Guj. XXIII of 1962), section 44A shall be deleted.
