An Act to amend the Goa Contingency Fund Act, 1988.
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa in the Forty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Section 1. Short title, extent and commencement
1. Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Goa Contingency Fund (First Amendment) Act, 1990.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
Section 2. Amendment of section 2
2. Amendment of section 2.- In section 2 of the Goa Contingency Fund Act, 1988 (Act 4 of 1988), for the words "twenty five lakh", the words "three corers" shall be substituted.
