Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (First Amendment) Act, 2002*

An Act To Further amendment for established a university sponsored by Shri Vedmata Gayatri Trust, Shantikunj, Hardwar to provide matters connected incidental thereto;
It is Hereby enacted in the Fifty-Third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Section 1. Short title and commencement

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be, called the Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (First Amendment) Act, 2002.
(2) It shall be come into force at once.
Section 2. Amendment in section 19 of principal Act

2. Amendment in section 19 of principal Act.- (1) In sub-section (f) of Section 19 of the Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2002 instead of "Two academicians nominated by the Chancellor to be inserted" Three academicians nominated by the Chancellor."
