An Act further to amend the Chhattisgarh Vanijyik Kar Adhiniyam, 1994 (No. 5 of 1995).
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-fourth year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Section 1. Short title and commencement
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Vanijyik Kar (Amendment) Act, 2003 (No. 2 of 2003).
(2) It shall come into Force with effect from 31st December, 2002.
Section 2. Amendment in Station 61
2. Amendment in Station 61.- Proviso of Sub-section (6) in Section 61 of the Principal Act shall be omitted.
Section 3. Amendment in Station 62
3. Amendment in Station 62.- Last proviso of Sub-section: lion (1) in Section 62 of the Principal Act shall be omitted.
