An Act further to amend the Chhattisgarh Hotel Tafha Vas Grihan Me Vilas Vast non Par Kar Adhiniyam, 1988 (No. 13 of 1988).
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
Section 1. Short title and commencement
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Hotel Tatha Vas Grihon Me Vilas Vasluon Par Kar (Sanshodlian) Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 14 of 2002).
(2) It shall come into force from the date of publication in the Gazette.
Section 2. Amendment in Section 4
2. Amendment in Section 4.- In clause (i) of sub-section (1) of Section 4 for entries (a) and (b) following shall be substituted:-
