An Act to repeal the Arunaehal Pradesh Control of Organised Crime Act, 2002
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arunaehal Pradesh in the Fifty Fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:
Section 1. Short title
This Act may be called the Arunaehal Pradesh Control of Organised Crime Repeal Act, 2003.
Section 2. Repeal of Arunachal Pradesh Control of Organised Crime Act, 2002
The Arunaehal Pradesh Control of Organised Crime Act, 2002. (Act No. 5 of 2002) is hereby repealed.
