An Act to Amend the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 1990

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Forty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Section 1. Short title and commencement

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Amending Act, 1991.

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 5th June, 1991.

Section 2. Amendment of section 4

2. Amendment of section 4.- In the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 1990 (Act 13 of 1990), in section 4, in sub-section (2), in the proviso for the words "one year", the words "one year and nine months" shall be substituted.

Section 3. Repeal of Ordinance B of 1991

3. Repeal of Ordinance B of 1991.- The Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Amending Ordinance, 1991 is hereby repealed.
