Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Laws (Amendment) Act, 1991*

An Act further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 and the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 1989.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Forty-first year of the Republic of India, as follows:-

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Laws (Amendment) Act, 1991.

Section 2. Amendment of section 19

2. Amendment of section 19.- In section 19 of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 (Act 7 of 1964), in sub-section (1), the third and fourth provisos and the explanation thereunder shall be omitted.

Section 3. Omission of section 3

3. Omission of section 3.- Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies. (Amendment) Act, 1989 (Act 5 of 1989) shall be omitted.
