An Act further to amend the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Thirty Seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams (Amendment) Act, 1986.

Section 2. Amendment of section 4

2. Amendment of section 4.- In the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955, (Act VIII of 1956) in section 4, sub-section (4) shall be and shall be deemed always to have been omitted.
