An Act to amend the Import and Export of Goods Act, 1916.

Whereas it is expedient to amend the Import and Export of Goods Act, 1916 (11 of 1916); It is hereby enacted as follows:-

1 Received the assent of the Governor General on the 20th March, 1920.

Section 1. Short title

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Import and Export of Goods (Amendment) Act, 1920.

Section 2. Amendment of section 1, Act XI of 1916

2. Amendment of section 1, Act XI of 1916.- In sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Import and Export of Goods Act, 1916 (XI of 1916), for the words "during the continuance of the present war, and for a period of six months thereafter" the words "up to the 31st day of March, 1921," shall be substituted.
