Section 1.Repeals.

Rep. by the Repealing Act, 1870 (14 of 1870), s. 1 and Sch. Pt. II.


Section 2.Application of forfeited deposits.

Any such forfeited deposit shall be applied to defray the expenses of the sale, and the surplus shall be forfeited to Government.
