IN RE: Michael J. Sulli v. n Judge Philadelphia Traffic Court Philadelphia County

PER CURIAM

OPINION IN SUPPORT OF ORDER OF AUGUST 27 , 2015 PURSUANT TO RULE OF APPELLATE PROCEDURE 1925(a)

The Appellant, Michael J. Sullivan, has filed an appeal from our Order of August 27, 2015. The reasons for the Order of August 27, 2015, already appear of record in the Court of Judicial Discipline Opinion and Order of that date. Additionally, the Order is interlocutory because the issue of back pay will be resolved at the time of the trial on the merits as stated in the Opinion of August 27, 2015.

Furthermore, the Constitution of Pennsylvania, at Article V, §18(d)(2) states that an order of interim suspension by the Court of Judicial Discipline is not appealable.
