ORDER DISMISSING CASE
This Chapter 7 case was initiated by a Voluntary Petition filed by the debtor LaTonya D. Thompson on June 6, 2013, by counsel Daniel W. Matern. The court's records disclose that LaTonya D. Thompson - then known as LaTonya D Getter, filed a Chapter 13 case as Case Number 11-21941 on May 18, 2011. The Chapter 13 case was dismissed by record Number 43, entered in that case on January 4, 2013. This order barred/enjoined the debtor from filing another petition initiating a bankruptcy case for a period of 180 days from the date of entry of that order, again entered on January 4, 2013. 180 days from January 4, 2013, is not June 6, 2013, and the filing of this case violates the court's injunction order.
