Richard C. Gillespie, Appellee, v. Charles Weiss and Samuel Cinman, Appellants.

INJUNCTIONS, § 189 — temporary, sufficiency of complaint. Lower court erroneously granted plaintiff a temporary injunction to prevent his partner from disposing of partnership assets, where complaint did not set up sufficient facts showing any threats had been made or that plaintiff feared he would suffer any injury, no charge of insolvency was made, and to enjoin a going real estate business would not preserve a status, but would make a change in its operation.
