(Syllabus.)
1. Appeal and Error — Arraignment and Pleas — Discretion of Court as to Allowing Withdrawal of Plea of Guilty. Where a plea of guilty has been entered and a motion is made to set the same aside and permit the entering of a plea of not guilty, the granting of the motion is within the discretion of the trial court and will not be set aside on appeal unless in the opinion of the court there has been an abuse of discretion.
2. Same — Under Facts Court Erred in not Permitting Withdrawal of Plea of Guilty Even After Judgment and Sentence. Facts examined, and it is made to appear that the plea of guilty in the instant case was entered hastily without proper safeguards, without deliberation, and ignorantly by defendant, and that the court erred in not permitting the same to be withdrawn upon the application made, even after judgment and sentence.
