CORPORATIONS, § 469.1 — dissolution of corporation to escape performance of its contracts as actionable. In action for damages charging wrongful dissolution of corporation with which plaintiff had contract for broker's commissions, where it appeared that corporation was used by defendants as subterfuge to rid themselves of obligation to plaintiff, held that plaintiff had property right in contract for broker's fees with corporation and could recover for injury sustained as result of dissolution.
