BROKERS, § 104 — insufficiency of evidence in action for share of commissions. Plaintiff's failure to prove that he had a license, as required by ordinance, to act as a real estate broker in City, of Chicago was fatal to recovery in action for a share of commissions received by defendants on the sale of a house to a purchaser whose name plaintiff had furnished to defendants, where plaintiff admitted that he was engaged as a real estate broker at time of transaction in question and did not contend that such transaction was an isolated one.
