VIOLA LYNN COMBS, Plaintiff, v. DARREN JACKSON, et al Defendants.

ORDER

CUMMINGS, Judge.

Plaintiff filed a civil rights complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and an application to proceed in forma pauperis on November 26, 2001. On November 30, 2001, Plaintiff was ordered to file the following documents:

(2) a properly signed amended complaint

(3) a certificate of her inmate trust account

(4) proof that she had exhausted all available grievance procedures required by the institution where she was incarcerated.
