Upon consideration of the Bar's Notice of Adjudication of Incapacity and Request for Placement on the Inactive List for Incapacity Not Related to Misconduct, filed on August 31, 2007, and the Order Determining Incapacity and Appointing Plenary Guardian, filed on September 28, 2007, the request for placement on the inactive list is hereby is granted and John A.
