No. 612), the report by the parties of informal discovery and substantive settlement discussions, the stipulation of the parties hereto, and for good cause shown, it is by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland,
ORDERED that the time for Trustee Lawrence A. Katz, Esquire ("Trustee") to respond to the Motion shall be extended through October 30, 2007 (or such later date as the Trustee and the Bidder may agree by stipulation filed herein, but not later than November 20, 2007 subject to further order of this Court).
