4. The appellant stated that the respondent should be directed to communicate him about the action taken on his letter dated 09-12-2017 and reminder dated 16- 02-2018 regarding rectification of anomalies in his pay fixation.
5. The respondent agreed to provide the outcome of the letter dated 09-12-2017 to the appellant, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of this order.
