    Rawal to the present petitioners.

    3. Mr.Yatin Soni, learned counsel for the original informant states that Mr.Nayan Rawal shall remain present for cross-examination on the date which may be fixed by respondent No.1.

    4. It is made clear that only one day shall be fixed and on that day, cross-examination may be taken. This observation is made in order to see that no adjournment is sought for by either parties before respondent No.1 for cross-examination of Mr.Nayan Rawal. This would be without prejudiced to the rights of all the parties before respondent No.1.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly. Notice is discharged. Direct Service is permitted.
