Perusal of earlier order of this Tribunal dated 14.12.2022
shows that none was present on behalf of the appellant on
that date. The office report dated 30.12.2022 shows that no
pre-deposit has been made and the waiver as well as delay
condonation applications are pending consideration. Today
also, none is present for the appellant, therefore, the appeal
is dismissed for non-prosecution.
