This application filed by the applicant for transfer of T.A. No. 177/2010 pending before Lucknow Bench. Applicant has prayed that he is residing in Delhi and his wife is suffering and undergoing treatment at Delhi. Therefore, it is prayed that the aforesaid case may be transferred to Principal Bench.
