I.A Inward No. 4945/2018:

1. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay caused in filing the petition is condoned Review Petition No. 33/2018:

2. This petition is filed by the petitioners-original respondents in the writ petition, seeking review of the common order dated 15.12.2016 passed by this Court in SB Civil Writ Petition No. 8768/2016 and other connected petitions.

3. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioners submits that special appeals being DB Special Appeal (Writ) No. 631/2017, 639/2017 and 983/2017 preferred by the State in other matters against the order under review, stand dismissed by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.09.2017 after due consideration on merits and thus, nothing survives in the present review petition for consideration of this Court.

4. Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed.

5. In view of the above, the stay application is also dismissed.
