Mr. Bhatia submits that talks for settlement had been going on, which is controverted by Mr. Tandon. According to Mr. Bhatia, having regard to the fact that the talks for settlement had been going on, the Petitioner has not filed the evidence by way of affidavit of its witness.
By way of last indulgence, one week's time is granted to the Petitioner to file evidence by way of affidavit of its witness. The Respondent may file evidence by way of affidavit of its witness within one week thereafter.
Put up on 25.1.2012 for cross-examination of the witnesses of the parties.
