referred to as the principal Act) in its appiication tothe State of Punjab, in section 30-B, for

Provded that where the scheme has been rejected under sub scction (2) of section 30-B the tact that it has been rejected shall also be pub lished in the prcscribcd manner Desvided further that where the record of the case has been called by the Superintending Canal Officer, under sub-section (3) of section 30-B, the sharcholders shall not be called upon to imple ment the scheme tiil the Superintending Canal Oficer has finally disposed of the matter.".
