(Act No. 1 1 of 2024)
An Act tt)amend the Naga land Municipal Act, 2023
Be it enacted by the Nagaland Legislative Assembly in the Seventy fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:
Short title, extent, and cornmencement:
I.(a) This Act may be called the Nagaland Municipal (Amendment) Act,
2024.
(b) it shall extend to the whole of Nagaland.
(c) it shall conle into force at once. Amendment to Section 10 (3) and Section 22(4):

In Section 10(3) and Section 22(4) of the Nagaland Municipal Act, 2023, the words " one- fIfth shall be substituted by the word one- third".
