An Act further to amend the Kerala High Court Act, 1958.
Preamble.- whereas it is expedient further to amend the Kerala High Court Act, 1958, for the purpose hereinafter appearing;
Be it enacted in the Thirty-eighth Year of the Republic of India follows:-
Section 1. Short title and commencement
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Kerala High Court (Amendment) Act, 1987.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
Section 2. Amendment of section 5
2. Amendment of section 5.- In section 5 of the Kerala High Court Act, 1958 (5 of 1959),-
(a) in clause (ii), the word "or" at the end shall be omitted;
(b) Clause (iii) shall be omitted.
