Amendments to the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio were
adopted May 19, 2026, and are effective July 1, 2026. The final version of the
amendments has been posted on the court’s website and will be published in the July
20, 2026 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet. A “Superintendence Restructuring
Reference Chart” and “Rules Restructuring Reference Chart” have also been posted
on the court’s website and will be published in Official Reports.
Kennedy, C.J., and Fischer, DeWine, Brunner, Deters, Hawkins, and
Shanahan, JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.
